Let's say I'm level nine Laser Sniper and a noob in healing, crafting and mining. Once I again I was asked to be a disciple so I finally took the opportunity.

Reading the info-screen about mentoring the important skills that count for the progress are Anatomy, Geology and Engineering.

What should I do to graduate as economic as possible? Does it help to keep hunting because I have skills there or is it better to do something that I have no skills in? Do those three skills pretty much come at the same pace or is that somewhat related to my type of playing or overall skills as lined out above?

Suggestion: Two suggestions regarding Efficiency

1. Weapons should not have their efficiency values written on top of the gradient bar, it's not intuitive at all and feels very poorly designed.

Image showing this:




2. It would really be nice if it went one decimal place further, like 51.54% instead of 51.5%, I don't believe one limiting it to one decimal place has much purpose and I feel as though it isn't very precise the way it is currently.


I hope these two suggestions are taken into consideration and we can see this some improvements here at some point before I spend 10-20 hours adding Efficiency values for items that aren't nearly as precise as they could and should be, while being forced to squint extremely hard over and over for every item above 70-80% efficiency.

This is a PM I got today from a hunt in the same area were I was hunting and I quote, " you do realize that by killing off everything you are ruining the loot levels?" I am not sure I could have kill all the mobs even if I tried:).

Yesterday in the same area where there was 50 to a hundred mobs he told me that I was taking his mobs because was hunting that area. I basically told him he did not own an area, and I mean it was a big area, just because he was there and called him a dumb a$$ :). He said he reported me to MA and that I was in big trouble. I check his tracker and he started about 2 weeks ago.

I must say I fell bad about being kind of rude to him because he is a new player and I do think all of us must help the newer players but he was just so dumb about it and a bit rude but still.....
