On January 14, 2016, I submitted a support case where I asked for MAs assistance with a Mission Galactica bug. I turned in all of the required materials for the adjusted restoration chip and the pirate at Howling Mine does not give me my chip. It is now March 29, 2016, and Im yet to receive a response to support that even acknowledges my support case. If anyone at MA reads this or if anyone can offer any help/advise on this issue it will be much appreciated. It is extremely frustrating that it is now close to 3 MONTHS since Ive turned in the materials and still have not received my item!
