Hello I have a Tier 1.9 Adjusted Excavator that I'd like to downgrade to a Tier 0 adj exc. I don't really need or use the tiers and could use the extra ped. I will accept peds/auds/etc + Tier 0 adj exc for my Tier 1.9. Pm me here or private message or John William Slayer in game. Thanks
