OLA 44 Has A New Owner

Hey there I recently purchased OLA 44 right before Halloween but waited a little bit before posting. The LA used to have Neconu but I took them out because there's plenty of other good places with them (my soc LA among others) and they're annoying for miners among other reasons. It has a natural Tezlapod spawn on the NE corner. The LA has 17 different ores and enmatter to find so I didn't want an aggressive creature chasing people trying to find them.
