Hunting these bugs is pretty buggy, haven't really experienced these problems with Diripi or Pupugi much at all but maybe it has to do specifically with this area? Either way, something needs to be looked at here, this problem has been around for way too long.

FYI: OLA 28 is now suitable for low level hunters!
OLA 28 has been restructured to facilitate hunting for low level hunters. It is now populated with Atrax Youngs and Argonaut Youngs.

Why Argonauts?
Argonauts are extremely similar in health, damage, and damage type to atrax and have a lower global threshold than Atrax youngs, allowing lower level hunters to be able to actually score globals much more easily than they otherwise could on a pure spawn of Atrax Young. Consequently it is now possible for lower level players to hunt on OLA28 and participate in my events and win Arkadia Underground Deeds at an appreciable rate.
Does OLA28 have a teleporter?
Yes! The teleporter is located at [25893, 46796, 155].

Glitch? No Looting Skills After Killing Some Mobs?
What's shakin!
Just wanted to reach out to the community and share what I noticed today while hunting Hogglos.
Upon killing a hogglo I noticed that I was not gaining any looter profession skills. Has anyone seen this with other mobs?
My guess is that it's a glitch and I have submitted a support ticket already. My big question though is if looter profession skills are not rewarded how is loot distributed on mobs that preset this error? Are you getting under/over paid?
**Update: After killing a handful more I noticed that some reward looter skills and some don't
